The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all professional. I was given a tour to make sure I had the correct size unit. Also, the agent provided hands on instructions on how to use the gate code. I don't usually give reviews however this was a great customer service opportunity!

The online reservation process didn't go as planned, but as soon as the office opened, Dinah was ready to help! She was ahead of the game, and aware of the issues before I even arrived- she straightened everything out immediately, and got me right into my unit! I highly recommend working directly with her for any of your storage needs! Super clean facility as well.
