The facility is nice and the promotional prices are good. However the manager at the store, Dina, needs to learn customer service. She is so rude. I'll be filing a complaint with BBB and the labor force.

By far the worst interaction I've ever had with a customer service employee. If I could give 0 or negative, I would. Dina is inappropriate and acts like a teenager with a grudge instead of a professional manager. I get the feeling that she gets bonuses based on money she she brings in or at least not giving customers refunds even when they should be given...and she makes it clear by her attitude that she definitely cares more about herself than she does about keeping customers content.

Not good so far. I rented a 10X10 space in a brand new building and the push button locks on 2 of the 3 exterior doors do not consistently work. I asked and was told my the local employee that he was sorry but “corporate works slowly”. I suspect if I paid my “rent” slowly that would not be accepted. No excuse for something that minor not to be fixed.

They raise rates every few months, like clockwork, with no notice. In less than 12 months, my rate has literally doubled. The office manager is not very friendly and therefore not helpful. There is no dumpster on site for any trash removal. It's not in a safe neighborhood. I only rented here because the former owners were great. Since Store Space took over its been price gauging and poor service. Dont rent here.

Less than one star. I rented a storage space over the phone and provided all the required information. I was advised I would be receiving email that I would need to confirm receipt of by email. That afternoon I was called advising I could not use the space until I responded to their email. I called to confirm my lack of their email and was advised I had would be charged $9.99 to tell him they had made a mistake by not emailing me. CRAZY.
