I think your employees are wonderful however the storage units it not very convenient. You have to walk a long way to get to your unit. I brought some stuff over two days ago and there was nothing u could locate to put my stuff on (i.e. cart). Killed my back moving stuff. Also the area has step to walk up to get to the storage. Had I known this I probably would of done a better search for a unit.

When I called to reserve my unit I asked for one specifically closer to my home. The lady assured me it was the right place I had asked for. She was helpful and patient with me on the phone. However, the next day when I went to start moving my belongings in at the address I asked for I couldn't get the gate to work. So I rechecked my email and it WASNT the place I asked for. No biggie. I paid on line when I got there they said that they couldn't find me anywhere when they did I was marked as checked out. Asked for my money back the lady was nice and helped me printed me out the paper now over two weeks no money..... I'm not able to work because of the virus and have no money for me and my son to eat I really need the refund I am owed... no hard feelings. Thank you

I can not get ahold of anyone to cancel my storage unit!!!! I have called, emailed, stopped in and now you guys want a late fee when I HAVE ALL MY STUFF MOVED OUT AND AM TRYING TO TURN IN THE KEY!!!! SCAMMERS IS WHAT THIS PLACE IS! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN IN THE KEYS!!! SOMEONE BETTER CONTACT ME I HAD MY STUFF MOVED OUT BEFORE PAYMENT WAS DUE!!!!!
