I rented a 15 foot by 10 foot unit. Was very disappointed when my 14.5 foot trailer wouldn’t fit. So I measured unit to find out to my dismay that it was only 14’ 4”. Eight inches shorter than the 15’ that I rented and paid for. When I talked to management I was told that’s just the way it is So they at least gave me a refund after wasting hours renting the unit and driving to it to only discover that it almost 3:4 of a foot shorter than advertised size. Nothing but problems getting in with the code they give you. Multiple times we were stuck not able to get in. They finally changed my personal code to my cell number. On the day I was moving out, my code would not work. I’m there with movers that I was paying! We’re all stuck outside the gate with moving trucks. Code won’t work, and 2 other people are there also trying to get in. I call and I’m told you will have to wait until we can get someone out there to fix the gate!! I signed up online and if I could give a 0 star review I would. First I received an email stating I needed to bring my license in before I could access my unit. I went out of my way to go to the facility after work. When I arrived the kiosk was not working correctly so I called and they were able to take my information over the phone. Customer service is great with friendly employees who really work to solve any issues. On the other hand, systems and processes are perhaps disconnected between "home office" and actual location in a new location. For example, paperwork sent with access code doesn't tell you to put star in front and pound at end of number. And, the storage unit we rented and lock in that unit had been taken by another client as the "zip tie" system doesn't prevent anyone from accidentally going into the wrong unit. The booking process went well. We put a reservation on a 15x30 unit. We were guaranteed a good rate. When we reserved, That rate was not available. They made it right on the phone. It was still good. When we arrived at the 15x30 with two trucks, our unit was occupied. We called to find out what has happened. 1. We were told to check the next unit. It was also locked. 2. THEY miss loaded my address (Not even close) on my contract 4 days ago and you have t sign it to access your unit. I needed the unit the next day. They said it would be fixed in a couple of hours and I would receive an new contract with the correct address. That never happened. The next day with a borrowed truck and trailer full of stuff I called them to tell them I still did not have access. This place is a joke I rented two unit on June 23rd 15x30 & 10x15 as of today I still don't have an access code that works. Ive been waiting for a manager to call .The same thing happen to my mother in law we had a moving truck full of stuff and had to wait for someone to show up just to get in the gate 45 minutes later anther renter let us in
