Was disappointed in the pricing. Went to another storage unit company and found a 10x10 for $70. We had a 5×10 and it was $87. Very overpriced for what you get.

Supposed to be secured back gate is unlocked, No cameras anywhere on the units, garbage, furniture and stuff. People are throwing garbage, furniture out in the aisles as well as on side of end units. Full units wide open like someone broke into them. Nails and screws in all roadways, got a flat tire already. Have told Corp and onsite mgr, multiple times nothing has been done on anything. Looks like an unsecured garbage dump that gets looted. Prices are way higher than other area storage places. The place is not taken care... read more

No visible cameras for thieves to see. Lip of unit very high to enter units - hard to get dollies over them without big effort and disruption to load with accompanied falling of boxes. Maybe make all units(or at least the big ones handicap accessible with the little ramp)

Facility has gone to crap, nails, screws and other garbage everywhere. Got multiple flat tires! They owe me a months refund, talked to diff mgr 3 times, still no refund 2 months later, Don't rent here!!!

Was rented a unit and I paid in advance when I arrived with a loaded truck there was a tag on the unit that said unrentable . So I was stuck with a loaded truck and no storage space. After a 30 min wait I was told there wasn't anything they could do to help me . Now I'm waiting for a refund. Extremely disappointed

When came to begin putting by belongs into the unit, someone(probably the last renters) had left a bunch of stuff in front of the unit door including a heavy overstuffed chair. There was no lock in my unit, I called and was told I could get one in the office with the KIosks, I am assuming they should have been in the plastic containers, They were empty. She did credit me $20, however, I don't feel my first experience was a positive one.
