Move in day was an absolute disaster. We were there with another family and could not get into the facility. After both of us were on the phone for at least an hour I was given an emergency code to get in. Once in there was already a lock On our unit so more confusion on the phone. It was a frustrating day. The previous day the person I talked to on the phone was more than willing to help with my credit card info for billing. That was the only easy part

The location is very clean, but we did run into a problem. We were told when we were getting our units that we would have 24/7 access. So last night we were unloading furinture into our unit and couldn’t get out. When entering gate code it was telling me access denied and to call. Well, I call, but no one available b/c it’s after hours. We had to call the Minooka police to let us out. We highly suggest that maybe the hours be posted somewhere on gate. We weren’t happy at all that we were locked inside.
