no lock in my storage and I was told I would receive 20$off first month if no lock was present .we did not receive the discount and purchased our own lock

The facility constantly has garbage on the side of my locker and also has larger items left outside of other lockers. I mentioned this when I rented a second locker this past week and they said they would take care of it and when I went there today there is still garbage and large items outside of various lockers.

Storage unit flooded, we bought the insurance, still fighting to be reimbursed. No one will call/email back . Going on 4 months....steer clear!!!

Great online process received entry code got to unit and was locked after being told I would get there and lock would be in my unit. Called and got voicemail, no call backs still today now a week later but they want to charge me for the month when I can’t even get in. Went elsewhere. Mistakes happen, I am however extremely disappointed in not getting one call back.

Still waiting since 3/16 for revised contract to #0907. Made at least 3 calls about this. Apparently, I will have to call AGAIN.

I signed up for a unit with a promo. I wasnt moving until mid march. I received an invoice for February and March and I havent even moved in. Tried calling several times to inquire, nobody calls back or can answer. The last three times I have trie calling I have been on hold for 30 minutes or they dont answer at all. Will not be storing anything here. My sister used to rent here, and after I told her my experience she also let me know that they raised her rent the first month she signed up. I have only had the unit a few weeks and let's see.. My access code doesnt work, received a temporary code good for 48 hours and was told I would have a new code sent to me . Well, 48 hours is up n no call, email or text w new code but damn well received my march bill. New customer is not happy.

This storage place is very nice, clean, and secure normally. I have rented a second one for myself right next to my other since I am in the process of selling my home. The only complaint I have is being in IL and they had such a snowfall in Feb. the establishment wasn’t plowed sufficiently in the back in order to get a moving truck or even a pick up truck thru it without struggle. I give it 3 stars because the day I purchased it on the phone the guy says its $80 + I got the insurance with 3 months half off well I go online and see the unit is only $63 and half off for 3 months I got jipped there I feel doing it over the phone and I slipped on ice and hurt myself at the storage place the second time I went there and wrote about it and never got a response back about any of this I wrote but I was there yesterday and it was salted what a coincidence but I'm upset i got charged $80 when it should of been ... read more
