During my first visit to the facility in downtown St. Louis a couple of days ago, I received excellent customer service from Bree just before closing on a Saturday evening. She was courteous, patient and knowledgeable, and I truly appreciated her assistance during my visit.

You all have the best customer service. Briana & Alyson was amazing. Briana was very detail on everything that I need to know. A very patient person and friendly you all have best staff that is. Keep up the good work with your employee. It's hard to find good customer service when you speak with them on the phone, and in person. They deserve a bonus.

Easy move in. The storage unit is convenient and lots of sizes to choose from so should be a size for every need. Discount prices offered makes renting here attractive. COVID safety is very good. (Maybe need to wash the elevator buttons more often?) Have had problems with key-codes several times during the first few weeks. But nothing serious yet. (Exterior key pad froze and numbers stuck IN couldn't get out of the lot one night during ice storm. My pass-code kept not working. Fortunately I had a generic code that ... read more

The manager on site was very professional and courteous I believe her name was Briana. She showed me several units and put me in a good location. The location is clean and the hours are very accessible. The only downside was one of the garage doors was not working at the time, but overall I would highly recommend this facility.

Great service, I thought I had 48 hours after my move in date to change my mind and get my $23.50 credited back to my account. Move in date was 11/16/20. I called in the mid afternoon on 11/17/20 and cancelled my reservation for out door storage.
