Really happy with service, location, and cleanliness. Disappointed I had to buy insurance every month for some clothes. Also advertised with bathroom on site and there is not one. All and all best deal in the city !!!

The process was easy except when I arrived no 1 was in the office even though I was told there would be so that I could get my free lock for signing up over the phone. Also there was a creepy guy who wouldn't stop bothering me when I arrived at the location waiting for the worker to come back to the office. Which she wouldn't bc no 1 was there that day. I had to leave the location so that the creepy guy would stop bothering me. I couldnt put anything in my unit right away bc of him & bc there was no one in the office to give... read more

Nice clean facility. However the two frieght elevators need to be updated ,and it's a shame a couple bad seeds caused the facility not to have 24hr access.if the survalence system it up to date with a 3rd party monitoring system in place,I believe,24 hr. Access. Shouldn't be an issue. But I recently made the change into your facility and I'm very satisfied with my decision.l
