First and foremost, I don't agree with the hours ,my storage unit is only accessible from 9a-530p daily which makes it difficult for me because I work 8-530. It's an in convenience. Also there is hardly any one available on sight to help with issues. I will not be using them again.

The staff was great but the accomodations suck because I was told that due to theft they could not secure my items only if staff was on site and that they closed at 5:30 and I work so that only gives me 30 minutes during the week to visit my things or to move things and who would put items at this storage if it was due to theft that they are not open late. The staff should have rotaing shifts or extended hours to help people during the week. Also my refund is taking too long to process and I have contacted my bank.

Daniel, though only 6 days in, was very professional, yet personal, he saw that my unit was very far for me to walk and he got me closer to the elevator. Tina, was ok, but she initially assigned the unit After she said she would rent one close to the elevator, she failed to give me an entry code as i was leaving & neither did she mention that I would have to present ID if i wanted to utilize a cart. I was moving from Lexington Kentucky to Louisville Kentucky. I received a text message on Friday 11 say I was moving my things in Sat. I called, no I am on Sun 11/4. No problem, we will be here, they have pick up between 11-4, no problem, someone will be here or no problem getting into your storage. When the movers got there no one was there when they finally found my unit it had a lock on it. There was no way for me to put my stuff in my storage. Everything had to be taken to my new apartment. I'm a sixty year old cancer patient who got to your place of business 15 minutes before you were to close I was refuse a cart and had to leave my items in your hallway because my storage unit was all the way to the back...I was hurt more than pissed off...how rude I'm old enough to be them girls grandmother and they treated me with such disdain...is that how you want show your customers Rating you with sad service
