First let my say, do not leave a review until you have contacted the manager at this facility. The website does not always make sense, I had an issue with what the site was telling me, I left a review and was contacted by Jennifer and she explained what was going on. Thank you Jennifer for being so patient. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a dependable place to store their possessions.

I don't usually leave reviews unless I'm not satisfied. But let me tell you this, this place is amazing from excellent customer service to not only being a new convenient facility if you live downtown this place is clean! I've never had an temp controlled storage so I decided to check them out. Nothing but satisfaction. Love the professionalism and the ladies that work there. They explained any questions that I had in detail. Showed me a unit that fit my needs exactly. I received an excellent discount for a couple of months. Nice facility and good people to work with! Glad they are in the West End of Louisville!!
