I had my soon to be husband go to my storage unit my storage unit is paid and cannot get into the building I have not been able to reach nobody or nothing why take people's money. I will be taking my business elsewhere here real soon due to the fact that the access code is not working and can never get a hold of nobody at this site I am a full-time employee I work 9 days straight a week then I send my soon-to-be fiance to storage to put some more stuff in it cannot even get in

Beware. Facility was broken into on February 18th. More than one dozen units were broken into. Renters were not notified until almost 24 hours later. District Manger refused to answer basic questions about the incident and stayed the company is not responsible for anything that happens in their buildings. Claims of 24/7 security and "treating you like family" are false.

I rented a unit and have yet to move my things in. Upon a walk thru there were multiple units with the doors broken open and I don't feel safe leaving my personal belongings on this site. I would like a refund but that's probably out the question.

I have been there less than an month. I the store unit in an emergency. I store all my personal stuff and my children Christmas presents. My unit has been broken into. They claim over 40 more units was broken into too. I have lost some much. I did have insurance. No one is helping me getting my claim in. It been over three weeks. I have been patient only to be more frustrated. I would like to talk to someone to get an solution.

I'm not happy as first they charged me for rent on 1 of 3 units through November while I paid rent on the other 2 through October. Then yesterday they call and tell me the other wasn't for rent even though it was. empty and there was no lock on its. Personally I think they lied and the man that moved out and took his lock couldn't find another unit or they had a friend that wanted it.
