You all auctioned my unit off without sending me any notice. I called they said oh there is something wrong with your storage unit it's empty. They sent me an invoice of 240.00 which I have in my email. I got billed for this month also. Which was going to be paid today. I have been so sick. This unit was worth over 25,000 had my stuff for our home we just got.

Your company is terrible. They quoted me one price and put another price in the contract which was higher. I am still waiting for my refund I am disputing it with the bank

I purchased my storage room on a Saturday on the 25th of the month and I began to move my things in alone. It helped me alot that they had the dollies or the table on wheels that you can put furniture on because I am recovering from a dislocated ankle. I was on the second floor and I would take two loads from my car to the storage room. I can't imagine how long it would take without the carry on thingies. I was told when I purchased my storage unit that it was 24 hour access however when I picked up my lock I was told it was limited access. I would have never purchased the unit had I have known that. The lady I dealt with had no clue what she was doing and was supposed to be a manager. I will never use this company again and am currently looking for a different one.

Everything ordered online was wrong, from the unit size to the level of floor. The hours are not as listed. Which made it impossible to move our home in the time we wanted, The clerk was unnecessary rude responding with “aweee” every complaint I had. save your money go somewhere else. I’ve had many units in the past, this one is a never again. lesson learned.

The first day I received my storage space I was locked out, and given several wrong codes. I had to sleep in my car, because i was too tired to find someone to keep my stuff, and i had already paid. It was 4 45 I'm driving around with all my stuff in my small car. On my next visit to put items in my storage a week later my lock was removed and replaced with another lock informing me to see the manager. They changed access hours without properly notifying tenants costing me to pay extra for my moving van. It’s been a rocky start. I hope things smooth out or I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The Manger was rude wouldn't allow customers to finish putting their stuff in storage. Won't even give out a discount. Told she put the stuff on the ground and don't care bout our stuff. If she don't like her job she needs to leave.
