Cancelled my unit due to location of the unit. Elevator was down the day I was moving in, and my unit was on the second floor. As I’m walking to the unit 2101A it had the smell of urine. Now trying to get my refund has been difficult. Deposit was taken for unit in February and I’m still waiting for my refund. Storage here is questionable. ?

I’ve used this place and location before which was okay. I just rented a unit I went to take my stuff there and the unit was tagged and locked. I went after hours so no one was there to remove it. That put a damper on what I had to do. Meanwhile I tried calling the next day, phone keeps ringing. I’ll have to go in person.

I was able to rent and pay for a unit on October 27th only to receive November invoice on the 28th! Someone or a sign should notify customers that your month do not start the day of purchase!

This place is a joke. The manager thinks she's a Queen when she's nothing but a step above a Kensington whore. The employees break into your locker and steal your stuff. There's little to no security the cameras don't work the gates don't lock. And they use this as an excuse to people break in when it's actually the employees the one. Do not use this facility go down Huntington Park Avenue to u-haul or any other unit.

The young (aa) guy that works there is the most disrespectful person I have ever met while they were supposed to be working. Rude, disrespectful, had me wait over an hr while my moving company sat in parking lot for him to take his sweet Time coming to the office to do my paperwork. The entire time he talked shit as he would cancel the reservation. Knowing my movers were already there. He stated, I don't care. I'm leaving as soon as my lease is up.

Unfortunately we are not happy with the service. The day we came to put the stuff in the storage there was a lock on our unit. We were told there would be a code we can use to open it but instead it was a lock that needed a key. We called the office 50 times until we were able to reach someone to come open it for us. We had to wait for an hour until he arrived.

People in the office are the worse. They are very rude and nasty and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I hate it, it’s the worse decision I have ever made
