July 3, 2021 was the day I moved all my stuff into my new storage locker after signing up and paying off the first 3 months on June 17, 2021, and it has been already a total disaster, and if I could get a refund and break my least to move all my stuff back out I would that's how disappointing my experience was with this particular storage space facility. Very bad service. I was behind paying my unit and they never told me about auctioning my things. I have other storage unit in a different company and they send me emails and phone calls to let me know about the auction. I contacted them to find out the buyer of my things back and they never help. Few minutes ago they just told me that they rented my unit and I have 48 hours to take out my things. It wasn’t organize correctly and I was waiting for hours to get a lock unit on a Sunday where is says online that there hours of operation is 9:30 am to 5:30 pm I was not satisfied I had to get two different lock units that were not open at the time of my arrival and I just wasn’t happy about it for it being my first time It also says online that you’re a five star company and I just wasn’t satisfied I really wasn’t and I haven’t heard anything back from the manager or the regional manager of that facility

I have never had such a terrible experience with a storage business. Not only did we spend hours on move in day trying to find a storage unit that doesn't exist but was somehow still assigned to us, but now some of our rate have changed with no explanation and I am ending up spending hours trying to sort this out and get answers. Furthermore, some days that we have tried to access the unit, the gate has been "malfunctioning" on repeated occasion, despite what was told to us over the phone. worst rental space ever!!! Make me lost $1000 + 1. wrong access gate code was giving to me, i waited at gate over 30 min, thx god some other tenant inside was leaving, so i can get inside. 2. I was told by customer services, they will leave my lock inside the room and i will be able to access to my space when i arrived. The general manager Lindsey is rude and dismiss to people of ethnic backgrounds. She fail to address my concerns. I open an account on October 29th and three days later on November 2nd a lock was place on my unit. Initial, I was told the lock was place because nonpayment. When, I review my contract there was a notation that reads lock would be place on unit after the 6th day of each month for late payment.
