I called over the phone to rent a storage unit, when I got to the storage place to find where my unit was located I found out that they had not rented me a unit in Hamilton, ohio like I asked and live but rented one in Philadelphia., PA. That is many states away from where I live, why would I want a storage unit in a different state? And I only rented it by phone because every time I would stop at the office there is NEVER anyone in the office.

When I came to the place I was not sure as to where to go. But once I found were to go I had to go into a trailer. Went inside they two people in there were so unprofessional it was disgusting. The guy bad mouth customer service because he couldn't figure out how or why I got once month free. Saying that the lady that helped me did it wrong and that they were stupid. Few minutes later he found that she actually did it right. You should hire people that are not so rude to others.

The pprice is to high if you put your thing on storage on the 15 the one month it should be due on the 15 not on the first of each month that cheating ppl the storage is to hard to get to that frame by my unit makes things difficult
