Although the staff will do everything to help you. The company should be responsible for any damages done to your property. The manager saw the damages, a video was taken, forms were filled out. ( In April, we are in late October). I was told to contact insurance company (but that's not who I was paying insurance to). Bad Business. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I forgot the most important Fact. Storage space relocated my unit because they were having work done on their roof. Their roofers was the sole cause of my property's damages ! P.S. I could be sued for slander but that's not going to happen ! Suggestion: Don't store with (Storage Space) ! !

Horrendous experience. Amongst the worst I've had in 40 years of doing business. Got an advertised rate for a unit on the second floor. Got there and they told me oh the elevator's been out for some time and will be out for at least 2 months. I had 800 lb of items in boxes up to 75 lb not possible to bring it upstairs to the second floor.But we have the same size space on the first floor for triple the price.
