I have a 5×5 unit first month 25 the second jumps to 55, when I asked another customer about his unit that was twice as big as mine he only paid 40

I have ad my unit for 2 weeks and I got a call tonight saying that it was broken into someone cut the wire on top of the unit and took the lock out that I got from you and stole over $4000.00 worth of my stuff

They told me when renting online that my unit would be by the door. It was 1/3 of the way to the center. Have been there a few months and they've raised rent 12% saying that it was just a small increase that is usual for rental facilities. I wasn't able to find the 1 large cart I've seen at the facility. Moving my queen-size mattress was a monumental task. Avoid this place. Spend a few bucks and get a rental facility that has some integrity.

I had the literal worst experience I could imagine at the Store Space on Madison Ave in Indianapolis, IN. I am not one to take time out of my day to write a review, especially a bad one but this was appalling. I felt cheated and lied to from the pictures and descriptions on the website about what I was signing up for and getting. The website describes specifically clean and temperature controlled units that are drive in/up accessible so that there is no need to have to lug your belongings to and from your unit. I Hate this fucking storage I had never in my life rented frm a storage and my things end up My things are infested I have never had Rodents or mice in my life and as I put my things in this unit go back in to get some things in my unit is infested with roaches and mice feces all over my boxes I don’t advise anyone to rent from them better yet I will be calling the news on them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent out any units out of the stores at this point the whole facility is infested with rodents meaning roaches and mice I have my whole life in there and they trying to tell me their roaches don’t ruin your furniture but you can take roaches with you wherever you go Roaches can even be in your carAnd for the mice carry all type of disease is in Bacteria

If i could give negavive stars, i would give -100! I rented this storage unit yesterday online not realizing i still had to go in to get a lock and stuff, so i called and spoke to Amanda (who was nice enough to stay after) and she waited until i got there so i could get my unit. I go there, get the lock, she doesn't walk me to the unit to show it to me. She shows me on her screen. It took me a few to figure out where my unit was. On Sunday the office closed at 1:30 instead of 5:30 which eliminated my ability to get in the locker because I did not have a key. Within in the 13 minutes I was inside trying to get into my locker someone drove away with my 16 foot rental truck with all of my furniture. I went to the office yesterday morning and the person who left early on Sunday said she did not know how to look at the video. As of this morning the truck and contents are still missing. I want a refund for my initial rental payment.
