First off I was told that my payment was going to be either 34$ or 43$ a 3 month period. Also I declined the insurance and was charged for that. Also I was told that it was only going to be 90 some dollars and now I get an invoice for 112$. Not saying that I'm surprised just saying a little disappointed. TM

Signed a lease, paid for the unit and when I went to the site it was already given to somebody else and I had to take a smaller option than what I paid for and signed the lease for!

Easy sign up friendly ppl. But I could not get into my locker on the day I was moving out. I already had my uhal loaded and was at these facilities, could not get into my locker and it was Sunday so apparently no one's in office on Sunday. My recommendation would be to put cded locks on your units like you do for getting into the facilities. No key issue.

I was curious how to end my agreement with my storage unit, so I called and left a message about a week into february.. I received a call back from an employee that explained how to close out my unit and told me that he would close out I would just have to get my stuff out by the 28th of February , leave a lock off and sweep it out. I told him I planned on getting my stuff the next week. Needed to secure a storage unit for an emergency last minute situation. I booked a unit with the facility directly and advised I needed access to the unit that evening. Upon arriving to the facility, the unit assigned was locked up and not accessible. I contacted the customer service number, since the office was closed at that point. The guy I spoke to was not able to find another unit of same size and could only find a larger unit. Rather than offer me that unit at the same cost, he wanted more money from me. I went to get one of your storage units and I had filled all my information out online so all I was ready to do was go right to your building and get my lock the guy that helped me I think his name was Bobby is the only guy there with the store manager he was so very rude to me I told him I didn't like my my unit I wanted it outside unit and he told me that was too bad I would just have to take that I would have to chalk that up as a loss and go somewhere else and get storage. I gave two stars because the promotion i got as a first time customer was great but the entire check in process was a ridiculous hassle. Had to return to the office 4 different times on the same trip because things kept going wrong with the code/wasnt given the lock for the unit until I inquired to them where it was. Moving was easier than the hassle we got just trying to check in.
