The info given over the phone when I reserved this space (thru your reservation center in Florida) was mostly false. It was very frustrating having to return to the office 3 more times just to get everything done correctly.

The manager Amanda is amazing, so helpful and treats people like she values their business, I was going to rent 3 units but the assistant manager was very rude and demanded I go else where because I needed to use 2 carts ( buying multiple units ) he told me to take my business elsewhere, I knew this place was better than that so I decided to wait on Amanda to return to work the following day. Your manager at this branch refused to let me in my unite twice saying I was behind so I called 1-800 number to make a payment I told was one of your customer service people that I was enrolled an automatic payment and my payment was already made that I had made a double payment and that you would refund one payment and keep the other I go back in she still tells me that I have not paid my bill and still refuses to let me in and I showed her my receipt I told her the person that I dealt with and she told me that the person h... read more

Customer service agents very nice and helpful. However, you need to work on better communication and follow through. I had to call twice to get a new access code for my unit because The one given to me didn’t work. The first time the lady on the phone said she could email it to me because I didn’t have anything to write it down with...never emailed me. Had to call again because I still couldn’t get into my unit. The 2nd lady was very nice as well and said she would have the manager call me...I never received any phone call.... read more

I’ve had this unit for 4 days now, I have been trying to bring my things to the storage ever since I got it. For one, my code has not worked. No one is on site due to COVID. Customer service say they will get my code activated and it’s still not active. Thinking about moving my things to another storage place. They require insurance on all units no matter what you are storing and they try to convince you to buy their locks even if you tell them you have a lock from your previous storage. Wouldn’t recommend at this point.

Paid to park my camper in an outdoor space... $100 for an outdoor parking spot. Spaces were not marked at all. And access code did not work. Not to thrilled.

Facility is nice. Very frustrated with process. Email I received said to check into the office although it is advertised that rental process is contactless. Went to the office but it was closed. Called the number and was told that if I signed the paperwork electronically, there was no need to go into office. Next, the code I was provided didn't work on the day my rental started. Worst experience I have ever had with a storage company. First off the code wouldn’t work then I found out after unloading all my stuff in the unit you have to have a cylinder lock. My stuff had to sit overnight with no lock on the unit. At least there was no access between 10 pm and 7:30 am. There is no emergency number to call either. I’m looking for another storage facility with better service.

I wasn't told that the facility wasn't 24 hours so my storage says empty because they wouldn't give me my money back so now I have it for 2 months
