Front desk people were nice & helpful. However both times I came during office hours they had left for lunch which is ridiculously inconvenient for someone who needs a cart/trolley to move their heavy things a far walk into the building. Also, there should be some better system of keeping the carts because the office hours suck for those. The storage space already has kinda “eh” hours since so many storage spaces are 24 hours, but to add the limited hours that I can get a cart during? Makes it even worse. I got a 10 by 10 space, pay for it over the phone online there's nothing that says this place is not 24 hours not in big bold letters or anything like that at least and I can only access my unit from 6 a.m. until 10 pm. I work weird hours I need 24 hours. So I call up here and I want to go ahead and cancel ordering my storage unit and then tell me that it's going to take 3 to 4 weeks to refund my money when y'all took it out of my account in 2.5 fucking seconds. Overall I think the ladies in the office have their hands full just dealing with the problems that the homeless community present. From using the bathrooms as their shower and their units to stay in. These are things I've seen for myself. Then there is the issue with the overhead door which is not in proper working order nearly everyday for some reason or another. Very poor service..I was told my total would be $34"Then they charged me for insurance and a lock...The spacevisnt big enough due to the automatic doors being too small to put a riding lawnmower in my storage..The girls on staff reluctantly webt to help me..Noone seems to know how to be courteous and inform customers about the place..I now feel lied to and ready to kove back out however I currently am trapped due to lack of help..This has been a disaster!!!

I am a Veteran and I have a limited income. The storage rate you charge is above what I can afford. Then when you add on the insurance fee it is really expensive. I will never recommend your company because of this !
