Joe was very professional and listened to a couple of concerns we had as he conducted our yearly inspection. He noted our conversation and promised to forward the details to our property manager. This is the second home we have leased through Brewer Stratton and have been very pleased to work with them.

Perfusion all and highly organized
Currently leasing from Brewer and Stratton and I have to say we have not been pleased with how we have been treated. The home was extremely dirty when we moved in, no water, human waste in the toilet, dead scorpion on the floor and extremely dusty. Took the company 22 days to fix the issue. They were unwilling to refund us the 22 days of rent we paid when the home was left in such a mess. See a lot of great reviews - our experience was not the same. When things would break our concerns were rarely addressed. Both air conditioners went out so we had to spend the summer without - granted, that would fall more on the owner than anyone else, but they could have been more helpful. The lock on the back door broke, I fixed myself after not hearing anything after 2 weeks. A guy finally showed a month and a half later to fix. We were never told.
