17 minutes ago By far the WORST property management company I have ever dealt with, they dont even deserve 1 star. In particular manager, AJ. He is rude, slow, uneducated and incompetent in being any kind of "manager". He doesn't follow thru on issues and doesnt seem to have the ability or knowledge to complete simple task like sending closing statements to customers. He has zero customer service skills and seems only to care about making a buck, so once you are in your place, dont count on him for help with anything. ... read more

Had our yearly inspection today. The gentleman was very polite . He asked if we had any concerns, took pictures and left.

I moved in a Gilbert home several months ago and i keeping running into maintenance issues, we called on these issues from refrigerator went out to garage door opener not working to dishwasher smelling to now sinks clogging and fan sounds like Helicopter, and i am borderline PTSD, and all we get is well the house has home warranty, but problems don't go away if it's never fixed. This company keeps 25% of your security deposit after they take out any necessary repairs. It is hidden in the lease. Greedy!
I have used the company for the past year and I am very pleased. They handle repairs quickly and are priced reasonably
