Joe was very professional and listened to a couple of concerns we had as he conducted our yearly inspection. He noted our conversation and promised to forward the details to our property manager. This is the second home we have leased through Brewer Stratton and have been very pleased to work with them.

The biggest improvement would be addressing the staffing and accountability issues. Specifically, replacing Heather and Logan with individuals who are more responsive, professional, and take pride in their work. There are plenty of qualified people who would handle communication and property readiness much more effectively. This company is an absolute money grab — stay FAR away. My husband and I have made multiple documented complaints about a severe scorpion problem in one of their rentals, yet nothing was addressed until we submitted our 54-day notice to vacate due to the home being uninhabitable and unsafe, as confirmed by our licensed pest control professional who identified an active infestation. Currently leasing from Brewer and Stratton and I have to say we have not been pleased with how we have been treated. The home was extremely dirty when we moved in, no water, human waste in the toilet, dead scorpion on the floor and extremely dusty. Took the company 22 days to fix the issue. They were unwilling to refund us the 22 days of rent we paid when the home was left in such a mess.
