See a lot of great reviews - our experience was not the same. When things would break our concerns were rarely addressed. Both air conditioners went out so we had to spend the summer without - granted, that would fall more on the owner than anyone else, but they could have been more helpful. The lock on the back door broke, I fixed myself after not hearing anything after 2 weeks. A guy finally showed a month and a half later to fix. We were never told. I am not impressed, I have had this property vacant without renting for over 2 months and paid very high to get property ready to rent they estimate I change everything when I had to get work done myself to keep cost down, the attention is minimal. I am unhappy I asked them to manage my property

Tried several times and left many email messages with name , phone # , email what I was looking for. Got one reply back, I responded but so far nothing. I assume they have no properties or just not interested in renting or leasing .

Worst experience to date. I have lived in other areas and have found great success with renting managed properties. Not so much in this instance. Very light on managing concerns, passed back to me to contact service providers and in need of service for a serious repair I sat here for a week waiting for information, or service to arrive. Will be pleased to leave when lease period ends.

We had technician s come by on Aug 10th Brewer Stratton man who fixed kitchen faucet and bathroom toilet went well. However on the same day B n B appliance reviewed dryer and said vent needed to be cleared out of lent. He also said motor was burnt out on dishwasher and that’s why dishes were not coming. I am not the type to make comments on the internet but when I am really happy or impressed about something I just have to spit it out. My credit score problems was solved by MEDALLION CREDIT GROUP. Don’t know if you have heard of them. Anyways I had charges on my credit card that weren’t mine and also unpaid loans. Couldn’t get an approval for a house. Some months back I tried renting an apartment from TRUILA but I had a low credit score of 616 due to my unpaid student loans. So I was being denied of every offer due to my credit. MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVADING TAX TO NO AVAIL. I am not proud of this I have tried avoiding My Taxes successfully for quite some years now. Can you afford to move after only 9 months on a lease? Can you afford an extra $800 a month for electricity because homeowners don’t WANT to fix the AC? Can you afford to kiss your deposits goodbye because the homeowners get to decide if/when you receive your deposits back rather than the property management company? This is what you can look forward to when renting from Brewer & Stratton. We had many unpleasant difficulties living in a Brewer & Stratton rental property.
