I have been dealing with Stress-Free Auto Care (formerly Neighborhood Car Care) for several years. I have a 15-year-old Volvo that needs a little more care now and then. Their Service Advisor, Grant, is excellent - efficient, friendly, great customer service skills. Their new General Manager, Don, has been a good addition to the business. I had some significant dollar repairs a year ago and it is running well. Better that than a car payment, right? They do attempt to minimize expense whenever possible. Bruce T.

I just bought a used Toyota Highlander. Initially, I scheduled a transmission fluid service based on a recommendation from another mechanic, who also told me that I would need to replace the shocks on my car. My husband dropped off the car, and they performed a free, detailed diagnostic review. They provided real time texts that allowed me to see what they were doing in real time. I love Neighborhood Car Care, which is now stress-free however I wish there was a direct number to get through to the Mission Viejo office. It is very frustrating to have to talk to the corporate office instead of the local office.

I like having my car serviced at StressFree. They are honest and reliable. The price is right, they always have special deals and discount all year so you don't pay the whole price. Very nice clean and spacious waiting room. The staff working behind the desk are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend StressFree to everyone I know.

I have a fiat 500e. I got a warning light about servicing the 12 volt battery and brakes on a Sunday morning. I found this service center on Facebook. I called to set up an appointment, Dale told me if I bring my care in before 12 they could take care of me. I brought it in. Grant took care of me. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the service and how nice and friendly everyone was. I will definitely be bringing my 2007 Camry here for service

I found this place through a recommendation on Facebook. I can't tell you how impressed I am. The customer service is amazing. I have a Fiat 500e. On a Sunday morning I got a few error lights including the 12 volt battery needs servicing and a problem with the brakes. I called and spoke to Dale in Texas. He was so nice, upbeat and friendly. When I purchased a new Toyota Prius several years ago, my goal was to follow all the car maintenance recommendations. Every 4 months and approximately 5,000 miles, I would go in for an oil change and whatever the dealer's mechanic suggested. The car ran flawlessly but at Year 5 every trip to the service dealer now included a 2k recommended repair. Enter Stress-Free Auto.
