Needed an alignment so reached out for a quote. Got a response with the best pricing out of a few other local shops right away. Booked an appointment next day and everything was delivered as promised. Grant helped me with everything and he was great to work with. Will definitely be back for any other work and recommend these guys 100%!

This is a long story but worth the read and I will start off by saying Grant, Mike and Josh did a tremendous job ensuring that my truck as well as myself were taken care of. Grant even kept me in the loop with updates on his days off showing that he'll go above and beyond. We had such a great experience at Stress-Free Auto. They were very responsive and the process was so easy and convenient. I was able to book my appointment online and was able to get my car in the very next day. Grant was very professional and transparent. They loaded pictures and videos of my car and Grant called to discuss what needed to be done and what we could hold off on. The prices were fair and they were able to get the work done timely. 5 stars because 2 reasons stand out... Mike and Grant. These two are like the good old days of small-town service. They are efficient, personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. With all of the technology now being used with the former Neighborhood Car Care company, the main reasons I return are because of two outstanding customer service reps. And the mechanics I've had occasion to speak with are also very personable. My car runs good too after the repairs!

Open Sunday when my vacation was cut short with lugs breaking. They took it in when most other places were closed.

This company is a fantastic example of customer service philosophy in practice. Triston was transparent, thorough, humble, and genuinely looking after the best for my car's needs.
