They did exactly what they said they would do...they are not high pressure salespeople, they have high integrity and go above and beyond explaining exactly what to expect and communicating with you along the way. ...and they use great convenient technology to communicate with you. The staff at Stress Free Auto are professional. I was able to get my car within a reasonable amount of time and everything said they were gonna get fixed got fixed.

The service is good, facility was updated and accommodating for you when you wait for your vehicle. Information via text and email can be excessive especially if you are sitting and waiting as I appreciate the hu.an approach of sharing information one on one not a text or email.

One thing I know for sure is that these people care about the work they do. We have two old cars that they keep in good shape. One is a 2004 Chrysler and the other a 2006 Buick. Both with ample miles and both Stress Free keeps running great and at affordable prices. Can't imagine taking them any place else. The waiting area is always spotless. And, they have sent me home in there service car. Nice car and class place.
