The team at stress-free was great! Kept us up-to-date on our service and advised us of additional service needed. No pressure just the facts along with photos and other justification for additional repairs. Honest and reasonably priced.

I had a brake job done several months ago and had some issues with squealing. Stress Free Auto and the brake pad manufacturer stood behind their work and product and resolved the issue. That kind of service will keep me as a customer.

I'm very pleased with the service at Stress-Free Auto Care. At the time of this review, they offered the lowest price for an oil change on my 2020 BMW 330i, including synthetic oil and an OEM (or better) oil filter. The staff was friendly and professional, and scheduling an appointment in advance ensured my car was serviced quickly. Dropped off both my Toyota Sequoia for service. In and out in 1-2 days based on the repairs needed. One car at 40k and another at 250+. From the full detailed report you receive that includes videos pictures and a tiered system of action items your car needs give you a full honest and transparent cost for your vehicle. Very helpful--got my vehicle in right away. When an additional issue popped up, there was immediate action to make sure issue was taken care of and solved.

I was in a bind; last minute van door issue (open stuck). Was able to drive it to the shop and they had it back to me in 48hrs. They are still needing to replace some hinges, but overall happy with the explanations and details of what was needed. (The $15 Lyft credit to and from the shop was a bonus)
