The staff is amazing, fast efficient and I didn’t even feel like they way trying to up sell me! Me and my husband love this team we tried other Strickland brothers but nobody is a nice and honest as Kendra, her and her team definitely need a raise! I will be back in 6000 miles.
Said and charged me for things you said “needed and were fixed” when you didn’t fix them, leading to a ticket bc of that. Took longer than advertised. Employees were extremely rude. And over filled the oil. Then when called about issue was told”there was nothing that could be done” and that “they would contact their manager to figure out how to go about it” and NEVER received a call on either number I have to reach me at. -100 out of 10 WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!

Everyone very nice and efficient
The 10 minute oil change was around 45 minutes the invoice said you check wiper blades washer fluid tires coolant air filter and power steering fluid there was nothing checked I watched just a oil change for 47.06 at least when Pugh had the place they did check and ask if you wanted filters replaced
