Friendly employees, just like to see SB do more discounts on repeating customers with multiple vehicles that needs to be serviced. And this is not knocking the employees. This is to the upper management that can make these decisions. I understand you need to be profitable. But I have multiple vehicles and looking bang for my buck.Ā

On my first visit, at the end of the visit, they told me that I had earned a discount since I was an educator but they forgot to give it to me and they will give it to me next time. They charge me over $100. So I went back this week for a second visit and was told I could not get the discount. This time my bill was $94 for just an old change of synthetic. Iām going to return to the other place that I had gone to for years. Itās half the cost and quicker service. I had to wait about 30 minutes and you guys guarantee 10 minute...Ā read more
