Visit was fine until the woman in the wheelchair made a smart ass loud comment about me being in a hurry on a Saturday. I was very polite and asked them not to worry about checking my lights or any of the extra stuff. When they told me it was part of the process my exact words were, " I appreciate y'all doing a little extra but today I'm in a hurry can we just do the oil change."
