We got our oil changed yesterday at the location in Advance, NC and had a great experience. I don’t remember our technicians name but the invoice says “HGR”. She was so kind and helped us right away! She also checked our tires to see if they needed to be rotated. We love that the staff at Strickland does not push sales - rather, they treat their customers kindly and let their service do the talking. We will always go back to Strickland!

It took more than an hour to get an inspection done, with only one car in front of me. The help were friendly, but what on earth took them so long?
