I’ve been been in customer service for over 35 years so I have a really great feel for good customer service. Michael is amazing when it comes to dealing with people. He really takes the time explain everything going on, and takes just a few minutes to get to know you which really means a lot. When you leave there you feel like you’ve got a new friend. He’s really an asset to your company. I will continue to take all my vehicles to your place of business because of the outstanding customer service

I've been to Strickland Brothers three times now. Oil changes and inspections. Great service with a fun attitude! The folks in Advance, NC are very easy going and humorous, it makes the trip a little more enjoyable. Quick in and out, with no hassles or issues. I would easily recommend.

Very nice and pleasant to work with. I never felt uneasy about the staff’s competence or integrity. I drove all over town trying to find a place to change my oil in an Audi Q7 and kept getting turned away either because these places didn’t have the type of oil my car takes or no filters. Thankfully I found this place and plan to keep coming back:)
