The staff are very friendly and polite, I am very happy to heave them to look after our cars ( inspection, oil change and more) excellent service

I’ve been been in customer service for over 35 years so I have a really great feel for good customer service. Michael is amazing when it comes to dealing with people. He really takes the time explain everything going on, and takes just a few minutes to get to know you which really means a lot. When you leave there you feel like you’ve got a new friend. I've been to Strickland Brothers three times now. Oil changes and inspections. Great service with a fun attitude! The folks in Advance, NC are very easy going and humorous, it makes the trip a little more enjoyable. Quick in and out, with no hassles or issues. I would easily recommend.
