Such a pleasant experience especially after those Carolina Hyundai um… not so pleasant folks! I recently went in for an oil change in Canton N. C. location. They pulled my car out and I asked did you grease everything and their response was we don’t grease cars anymore this new outfit won’t let us. I asked was transmission oil ok and their response was we don’t check that. I drive a manual so it has to be checked underneath the vehicle. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Went to them for an oil change. Had an issues made right on 2nd visit. During that visit they obviously didn't put oil filter on correct. I seen bouts of stains. Called and asked them to check it. Gentleman came out(Kicker- MGR or shift leader was right their) guy took oil dip stick -didn't clear it off and rechecked BUT just pull it out and said it was full. This establishment and the employees are amazing..Quick work with a family feel. We visited the High Point location today but the Lexington location is amazing too.
