They were very respectful of the customer. You just knew you could trust them. They also look at you when they talk, not afraid to look you in the eyes as if nothing to hide. I like that.

Normally, this location isn’t my preferred place for an oil change. However today’s experience changed my perception of Strickland Brothers. The new staff at the OakRidge location was energetic, courteous, and professional. Above all else they provided excellent customer service. Thank You for a great experience. Will be seeing you soon!
