As a woman this is the first time I’ve gotten my oil changed without being overcharged or talked to like I was stupid. The guys here were so transparent about everything they charged me for, nice, and helpful. Will be going back!

The three young men that worked on my car were professional and serious. The young man in charge explained the charges and did not try to push me into buying unnecessary products. The service was quick and the employees were respectful. I loved that I could stay in my car plus I could watch and learn. I was extremely impressed with SB and will return to the Westport Road location for my next oil change.
