Great for flying out of O’hare! We had a great experience. The staff was friendly and kind, and the shuttle bus to O’hare airport was fast and free. I would definitely stay there again if I were flying out of Chicago.

Late night check in at 1am was great and front staff were friendly. Wish the shuttle had extended hours past 1030(?)PM...only noticed the airport shuttle hours when I was confirming the booking. But overall a good experience, and if your asian, they have rice at breakfast .
