Great Location for Traveling to O'Hare.

We were picked up from the airport by the shuttle bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was standard but nice. Booked the bus to be dropped off to the airport the next day and was dropped of in plenty of time.

Loved the maintenance who cleaned the rooms! What I didn’t like was the breakfast lady (she has brown hair and was there almost every day) she had a attitude and always gave us a ugly look when getting food.

Not bad, but could be better. This is not a bad hotel, but I was underwhelmed. The place seemed tired. Not in tip-top order. Our room air conditioner was marginal at best. It was blowing air more than cooling the room. The room felt damp all the time which is an indication the A/C is not operating correctly. The breakfast was fine. For our purposes, the location was good and easy to get to.

The check in was good! The smell of cigar smoke and the way that seems like people living there not so good.
