We received great service from Bank South. Sue Ann Guthman was available to us through the entire process and we're very satisfied with her level of help and involvement. Doing things online was very convenient, especially living in a different state. One negative: we were frustrated with extra security measures required due to do COVID19. The repetitive employ verification become invasive and a source of aggravation with our employers. It actually compromised our good standing with our jobs.
