" We are a Collective" of focused experience and diverse specialties. A group constructed to offer integrated and complete care to the Puget Sound veterinary community. With roots in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Radiology, and Surgery - our careers have followed different paths. honestly don't feel valued and didn't feel like they really cared. if they did they wouldn't withhold care for pets because someone was lower income and needed to make payments! went in with my cat just yesterday and they made him wait back in the back all damn day for treatment because I didn't have a down payment! 😡 then they finally flushed his blockage but he needed overnight care and to ensure he was recovered. I'm home with him now and he is very groggy still and can't pee still! this cat is my LIFE and my companion p... read more

Wish there was a middle rating on here as they do have a nice facility and are knowledgeable. Our Swiss Mountain Dog had her stomach flip while we were out of state due to deaths in the family. We received a call and rushed home to get to her. After we realized it was serious we rushed her into the only place we could find that would take her right away. We were quoted $8,000 - $10,000 for surgery to save our baby girl. I've lost both of my brothers in the past 4 months and have missed work because of it. Told them th... read more

careful everyone. the amount of scary, cold and unprofessional experiences this place has is alarming. trying to hold owners in the office for wanting to take their dog elsewhere, then reporting them to animal control because they want to go somewhere they are treated with a little decency and maybe costs a bit less than their high off their ass prices. you would think they would be a little nicer and show more compassion with the amount they charge. ick.

If you are seeking a VET for Crucial Diseases and Illnesses that communicate VIA email 99% of the time- this is the place for you!!! It is absolutely terrible. I don't have time to do a detailed review right now, as I prefer to put the facts rather than just being mad because this is a very serious issue and I want to help others when they have to make big decisions. I will put some main points here, however. If they are not receiving any money, even for a question OR something they told you to contact them for safety reason... read more

just had the most disrespectful, disappointing experience. our dog got hurt and needs and xray for possible broken leg. so we call at 5 fill out the papers and they tell us to wait at home and they will call when they are ready. we decided to drive and wait there so we are closer as he hurts. we waiting an hour then called to check on the wait time for our dog, gave them his name. they said they couldn't give an estimate. ok fine. after 3 hours we texted them cause we all the sudden had a message saying they wouldn't see him... read more

This place will let you waste your entire day on a waiting list. Just to tell you 10 hours later that they can't see your pet. This has happened to us twice in the last 6 months when we needed urgent Care. How about informing people that you can't see them so that they can go to another facility in a timely matter? How many animals get to suffer because of this utter lack of consideration or professionalism?

Vet tech let us know they did not have a vet on staff at 3am as my dog was bleeding out. Then said they could watch the dog for 2k deposit. Went to vet in Roy wa horse and cart way better. Cheaper and substantial more Compassion. Called back the next day to ask the office manager why it was this way as the Vet in Roy couldn’t believe they really Ran that way. waited 15 minutes oh hold then she said her staff was confused and busy. Offered zero apology! Worst experience of my life as pet owner! Never use them!!!!
