About this business

" We are a Collective" of focused experience and diverse specialties. A group constructed to offer integrated and complete care to the Puget Sound veterinary community. With roots in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Radiology, and Surgery - our careers have followed different paths. But the common thread that wove us together remains the uncompromised passion for helping animals lead happy and productive lives. Our story isn’t told in the surgery room or on the black and whites of an x-ray. It’s told wh... read more

If your pet has to stay overnight, make sure anything else you brought leaves with you, or you'll never see it again.

All this place cares about is money money money - don't bother wasting your time trying to get help. Yes, I understand they need to be paid but when there is any emergency and you tell someone they'll get to you when they can and it's $110 just to TALK to the vet - what a load of crap.

Back in January 2017, I brought my companion of 18 years into Summit, and found out "Tobi" had cancer, and so, had to be euthanized. It was the most hardest thing I went through; and the woman vet who administered the euthanasia drug was about the coldest person I have ever met; I do not remember her name, but I certainly remember how she acted, and she had a very mean and cold attitude towards me, which did not make things any easier. But I will say that the young woman who was standing by helping with "Tobi", was as kind... read more

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I have never written a Facebook review before. I was sent to this vet by my regular vet when my dog developed decompensated congestive heart failure after hours. I was immediately separated from my 15 year old dog and could not see her until I had paid a deposit for several thousand dollars worth of futile ICU care I didn’t want. This was with specifying that I wanted her comfortable/put down. The whole ordeal was so stressful for her she coded in the treatment room. The emergen... read more

Briana Gehrke I hope you don't mind that I put this on a yelp review! I am so disgusted by their unethical and poor business practices that I can't think straight enough to put it all into words. So thank you for writing and saying what we all feel. I know alot of dog lovers and I will not recommend this shit storm veterinary office.

After hearing about how a customer had to make the most devastating choice ever. And having no compassion for their situation. I don't know that I would refer this place to anyone, honestly. JMO..

If no stars could be given I would, what kind of animal hospital will take in a dog that is in critical condition for a family who loves their dog so so dearly and can't pay 7000$ up front and doesn't qualify for care credit and only gives two options of either having to put that dog down or signing over ownership to the vet so that animal can have the necessary medical treatment but tells that family they can't take their animal home? I am appalled at what kind of vet does this for a family who loves and would do anything f... read more

I went here on 4/1/16 for my dog. He had a severe burn on his stomach. After waiting for 6 hours I got some meds for him. He was in extreme pain couldn't walk without crying and I asked the lady at front desk if he could have pain meds. She went and talked to the vet and she said the steroids should help with the pain and if they don't I could call back tomorrow and get some. So I took my dog home. The next day he woke up in extreme pain and still was crying just to walk around. So I called at 8am to get pain meds they told ... read more
