About this business

" We are a Collective" of focused experience and diverse specialties. A group constructed to offer integrated and complete care to the Puget Sound veterinary community. With roots in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Radiology, and Surgery - our careers have followed different paths. But the common thread that wove us together remains the uncompromised passion for helping animals lead happy and productive lives. Our story isn’t told in the surgery room or on the black and whites of an x-ray. It’s told wh... read more

After spending several thousand dollars at Summit vet to help save my dog Harley we brought her home. She has a diagnosis of cancer and we know she's not going to be with us too many more months longer., but she came home with a stomach virus she picked up at the Veterinary Clinic. We were able to get her antibiotics to help clear this up but in the process she gave it to our other animals. I tried to get the same antibiotic prescribed for the other dogs as we can't afford to take the other five dogs in because we spent seve... read more

I would not return to this office unless it was my only option. The doctors are wonderful, but the process for check in and check out is awful. I am actively communicating my displeasure, and have only been given fake smiles and zero answers. Perhaps they want to be helpful, but are prevented from being so by deeply inefficient systems. Would never recommend this office for primary care. Would not return.

So disgusted and distraught over the care of my Kitty over the span of 2 days at Summit Veterinary Referral Center. I’m a previous LPN and currently a Wound Nurse, so I feel I have adequate medical knowledge when it comes to the care of my animals. I called on a Tuesday afternoon to report I was bringing my cat in after he vomited a significant amount of blood. The receptionist who took my phone call was dismissive and questioned why I was bringing him in. Perhaps, it didn’t sound like an emergency to her? The office staff w... read more

Hello, every one who love animals. Never, never and ever bring your love ones to see them. All what they need is money ,money and money. They discharged my dog Aussie with the comment " She is ok to go home, she is fine and she need no medication". Two days later she died because of them. After she died, i know for sure that she had SPINAL MENINGITIS. The symptom was very clear like first stiff neck and then loosing the ability to walk. The doctors there have no heart to be good doctors. How they can discharge the dog they k... read more

The customer service is severely lacking in the Surgery department. There were not clear expectations set before the surgery that cause a big miscommunication. And post surgery, I'm stuck in a circle of phone tag with the ONE person in that office that can handle scheduling follow-ups. I just spent a fortune with them, and they can't even bother to call me back twice if they miss me. So now if I do choose to come back for my 4 week follow up... it's gonna be a week or two late due to this whole circus. Seriously would n... read more

Horrible Service. Waited 4 hours and all they did was clean the wound and gave her pain pills. Employees were swearing and being rude on the phone. Zero updates and my puppy was covered in poop.

I feel like we got nickel and dimed and it ended up at just under 6k. We brought the patient home 2 days ago and no call from Summit to see how she’s doing.

Whiskey ‘Tango’ Foxtrot wanted to drop in and say thanks for both of my knee surgeries; I can finally play ball and run around with my big sister! Five months in doggy jail actually did pay off! ❤️🐾✌️
