I've been here before, recieved caring compassionate care for my pup. But today, I brought my other pup in because hes choking on something. We were turned away. We were told youre not accepting new clients? Wait.. what!?!?! I was just here a few months ago, how are we new clients!?!?!
they only care about money. They wanted to kill my dog and argued with me when I said no. She's only 9 years old and very savable. The vet there argued with me for 20 minutes and had me in tears because I was telling him that death was not an option. Then he decided that he wouldn't do anything unless he got to rerun the tests that had been run on her just a week beforehand. I refuse to pay them any money. Dr. Jerry Demuth is Bailey's hero. He is an incredible surgeon.....topnotch in his field. The best facility around.........Cannot say enough about the level of professionalism and compassion offered.
They fired a staff member who called out management over their unsafe practices.
this is a hell hole of a place! they just wanted more and more money from me! my dog passed away because of their incompetence! never take your fur baby to this place
This place is cold, rude & all about your money ! I brought my dog there for getting attacked in my yard ! i was hysterically crying and not one employee showed me or my pet compassion . they took him from me and did nothing for him in the hour he was in the back . i refused to pay their price tag for their care bc it was extremely high, exaggerated and not one person from the front desk to the doctor who came back made eye contact with or made me feel like they cared about my dog .
