My girl got stung by a bee. When she started breaking out in hives we called and said we were going to be on our way. We walked in and they triaged her very efficiently. Gave her 2 shots for anaphylactic shock and we were out of there in maybe 30 minutes! She is back to her normal playful self. Couldn’t be happier with the care they gave her!
Our Rotweiller, Buster, loves the people here. He doesn't react when staff comes in to the room at all. We can carry on conversations, give meds and shots to him and he goes right along with it. Doctor Larson was Busters first doctor during an emergency visit. We received compliments on how well behaved Buster was. We compliment back saying that the way he was received and cared for is what kept him calm. Doctor Tobiasson saw him on a routine visit. She too was impressed with Buster. they took excellent care of my 7.5 year old girl... also the price wasn't as much as I thought for an animal emergency... the vet was awesome!!! she did very very well for how busy it was... not sure of her name but definitely 100 star rating to her! thank you for fixing my pup... I wouldn't know what to do without my pretty princess!

I have had many dogs and a couple cats over my lifetime. I have been to almost all the Local Vets over the years. All I would like to say is if you see any bad reviews here please remember that this is a Hospital. Many of the pets brought here are either going to be trauma or a pet nearing its end in our world but hopefully not. They are costly however to run a operation like this facility I am sure is not cheap. If you care about your pet this is where you need to bring it trauma or normal visits. Yes, most people come to see us when their pet is in most need and pet parents are emotional and we understand this. NO one wants to see a hurt pet. I just received the kindest, most wonderful, hand written sympathy card from Dr. Nick Larson, who helped us make the decision to have our almost 16 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Buster euthanized. He was the most loved and precious dog, a dear, furry family member, and I was having such a hard time letting him go. Very compassionate at a difficult time, and didn't cost as much as the other 24hr hospitals wanted to charge.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hospital and their staff. Our little kitty had a bad facial injury, and they rushed her right in. The communication was outstanding, the staff was kind and sympathetic. They care was unbelievable. Please don't base a few bad reviews discourage you. They are doing the best they can. My animal had better care than I did at St. Joseph Hospital. Thank your wonderful staff for your care and treatment. Blessings
