RecommendedVery compassionate at a difficult time, and didn't cost as much as the other 24hr hospitals wanted to charge.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hospital and their staff. Our little kitty had a bad facial injury, and they rushed her right in. The communication was outstanding, the staff was kind and sympathetic. They care was unbelievable. Please don't base a few bad reviews discourage you. They are doing the best they can. My animal had better care than I did at St. Joseph Hospital. Thank your wonderful staff for your care and treatment. Blessings

Our sweet Loki was adopted by us as a kitten. Two weeks later, a lump showed up. He was diagnosed with Feline Injection Sarcoma. (1 /20k cases) Tonight, we made the decision for him to go to heaven.🥲 He was only one and spoiled rotten by us. He had only 2 months to live and made it 10 more. We loved him. Sumner Veterinary Hospital allowed us to grieve and took great care of our baby during his last few minutes. I can’t thank them enough because that was hard. 😢😢 RIP sweet boy.

We were very impressed by Dr. Larson and the staff at Sumner. Our dog Pax was critically ill after ingesting a sharp object, causing terrible internal injury and peritonitis. Pax was immediately triaged. A very fast diagnosis led to major surgery and subsequently intensive care for several days. Dr. Larson and the other veterinarians who monitored her could not have been more caring, and for that matter, more skilled.
