I was very dismayed by a phone call I received from a representative this morning (9/21). I attended a wedding expo in DC and received a call to notify me that I won a vacation based on my entry in a drawing at the expo. I was very excited about this and the rep. was very upbeat. We were disappointed with the process and requested a refund of our deposit. We scheduled our departure airport and picked our three travel dates. When we called the reservation number. We were given three different travel options. None of which were our selected travel dates. We were told they weren't travel agents and we had to chose from their three options. All of which were upgrades at an added expense. But they tell you at the beginning of the call that the hotels are 20 min from the beach and you can upgrade to clos... read more
I went to the presentation with a lot of doubts. I expected that I won't receive my gift unless I purchase a vacation plan but said well it's worth trying! I got there and the front desk person welcomed us and called the agent. No waiting! Straight to the presentation and then she explained the offers they have based on our interests. We told her that were are not ready for the present time and that was it! We spoke with one of the managers and we were then sent to an office where we received our gift and left! Unable to use the 12 vacation package I brought because they deal with Tan Advantage who cannot seem to have anything available when I am able to take a vacation. The two I spoke to said I need to book a year in advance if I knew when I would be able to take vacation a year from now that wouldn't be an issue but I don't work for a company that allows me prior notice until 30 days out and even then it's a maybe. Not recommending this company to anyone. Rip off artist.
