Avoid. Avoid like the plague! "Prime season" costs more money, but pretty much any time you would WANT to go to the locations would be considered prime. Some locations have but a smattering of non-prime weeks. The annual fee to renew increases frequently, even if you didn't use any vacations that year. Not Happy at all. A: the free vacation is nothing but free. Don't know until last minute if the weeks we chose are available. Kind of hard to plan when vacation requests for our jobs have to be turned in months in advance. Bought a package. Yes it sounded good but they only showed us the excess inventory for a few months. Never informed us that there was no excess inventory in the summer months. Also never informed us of the $359 a year service fee.I found out when my bank account was $359 short. Hit the wrong button..... they did a great job we just weren't sure it would work for us.
Experience was great and I was really considering it, we got the free promotional trip and we did what it said, but every time we turn around it is another couple of 100 of dollars. We are up to 800 for a free trip. So glad we did not join it is a scam, I have called several times but just get a answering machine stating voice mail is full. I think I will contact the Better Business Bureau and advise them of what is going on.
I tought that all your room was suppose to be suite with the accommodation with a stove.
I bought, I was told that I could log on the next day, that did not happen. I could not log into my account? I did call was not satisfied with the slow process, I am still waiting.
My husband and I signed up for a drawing for a free trip to Vegas or Orlando. We won but are from Wisconsin. My son went to claim our prize and he needs to sit through a time share presentation. This was not mentioned at the time we signed up. Please send us our prize. This is false advertising by not revealing what you need to do to receive your prize. This will be taken to the better business bureau if you don't resolve this. Misleading the public.
Great presentation it was not what we expect. They told me there would be no pressure to buy anything but at the end of the presentation your are pretty much harrasse to purchase. If you can't come up with the down payment then the package is no longer available. Not everyone has that kind of money to put down on something like that most people plan ahead for vacation and put away a little every pay for the pay check to pay check people
Everything was right to the point I had no problem understanding everything she said it just did not work for me at this time of my life.
