You ruined our time for vacation, money and more
*Scam* *Fraud* DON'T FALL FOR IT!! . No such a thing as a FREE Vacation, **READ IT ALL! It will save you so much headache!! ** 1st off they called. I WON a free 4 day, 3 night vacation to the Caribbean for 2 people, I was hesitant but I remembered filling out a form giveaway vacation at a concert I attended. You get invited to their offices, they start with an explanation about the company. They are basically selling bulk and weeks of vacation for about $15,000 - $20,000 year. But you need to sign a contract. Using vacation ... read more
I t5hink it's a shame that they want to charge to research or answer questions. I'll continue to travel with TAN who have their act together AND their website.
I find the selection of condos to be extremely limited. I have a disability and not able to do stairs, so the choices I have a extremely few. I'm not able to reserve a condo on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and probably 85% of all condos Sundance/Plan with Tan own are that type. That's why I keep going back to Branson, as I know it's in easy driveable distance (9-10 hours) and up a ramp to the unit. The other place is Florida, but too far to drive. Flying just isn't convenient for my handicap. I have spoken with them regarding... read more
Avoid. Avoid like the plague! "Prime season" costs more money, but pretty much any time you would WANT to go to the locations would be considered prime. Some locations have but a smattering of non-prime weeks. The annual fee to renew increases frequently, even if you didn't use any vacations that year. High pressured sales jobs (which my sister and I fell for while we were young and dumb). It sounded great and Eagles' Lito Shepard just signed on! (Probably given to him for free). Don't make the same mistake we did. It's not ... read more
Not Happy at all. A: the free vacation is nothing but free. Don't know until last minute if the weeks we chose are available. Kind of hard to plan when vacation requests for our jobs have to be turned in months in advance. Bought a package. Yes it sounded good but they only showed us the excess inventory for a few months. Never informed us that there was no excess inventory in the summer months. Also never informed us of the $359 a year service fee.I found out when my bank account was $359 short. Then looked through paperw... read more
Hit the wrong button..... they did a great job we just weren't sure it would work for us.
Experience was great and I was really considering it, we got the free promotional trip and we did what it said, but every time we turn around it is another couple of 100 of dollars. We are up to 800 for a free trip. So glad we did not join it is a scam, I have called several times but just get a answering machine stating voice mail is full. I think I will contact the Better Business Bureau and advise them of what is going on.
I tought that all your room was suppose to be suite with the accommodation with a stove.
