I had a suggestion, I think you guys should give a little brief introduction about yourself and also try to include some of the property or vacation destination you guys have to offer. Reserved 3 weeks in Maui. The 4 th wasn't available then. The next morning it became available so my husband booked it. Saw where the room wasn't the same. He called to see if we could have the same room. They said we didn't take VAP so we couldn't. That was a computer error as we took it for the first three weeks. We would have paid the VAP for the 4 th week. It was a matter of hours from our reservation and they wouldn't let us. So now we will have to move our room for the last week there.
